By Commish privilege, I say that IF we do have this Minors Supplemental Draft, it will happen BEFORE our Initial FA bidding draft.
The question is - When do you want to begin?
All minor leaguers that were not kept by teams are eligible to be selected in this draft and must be added to your Farm system. These players WILL NOT be eligible to be bid on during the Initial FA bidding draft.

How will order be determined?

I meant to pose this same question myself in the post. Just forgot after I typed up everything else.
Ideas? Is this another random? Reverse order of our 2nd franchise selection order. Can't wait a month into season to determine this.

Reverse order from 2nd franchise...also think you shouldn't be able to see poll results before you vote if that's an option as it may sway a vote.

I would love to hide poll results until you've voted, but I either don't know how to do it or ProBoards doesn't have that option. Anyone out there know how to do that?

I'd say reverse of the team selection is fair.

And I say if we do it, you can only add players from your own 2 teams farm system.
I'm not trying to be difficult but this just feels wrong. What it feels like is some people have looked around and said wow I can't belive that team didn't grab that prospect from their system. Or I can afford to trade away some prospects because there are plenty left I'd love to have to replace who I traded.

Don't think it has anything to do with that since this idea was being throw around (at least in emails) well before keepers were listed.
Look around at some people's keeper lists - there are freaking home made scouting reports! We obviously have a serious crowd here, I just think some guys may have deeper targets even beyond top 25 in a system. Chances are the guys don't pan out anyway, I say just keep the draft short, let some guys get their target, skip your pick if you want. No harm no foul.

I have no problem expanding the # of players we pick. I just think for the first season it should be limited to your own franchises.
Also I thought there was no max on the number of prospects we have. So teams that are trading current players for multiple prospects will be forced to drop some minor players at some point?

There will definitely be a max, one of these threads is talking about what that max should be.
