Pittsburgh Orioles (Jay Wallin) and Washington Nationals (Rob Jenner) have been on the board and voted on the Franchise Tag poll. I haven't heard anything else from Jay, but Rob told me he'd be looking at Diamond Duos league stuff soon. Hopefully we'll see updated rosters and posts from them shortly.
Ray (LA Mets) let me know he'll be working on his team soon. Needs to get more acquainted with our setup and all the rules, but he'll be good to go in short time.
The guy (Steve Milne) that told me he was in and was set to take over Detroit Brewers is MIA. He's all set up on the board and Fantrax but hasn't paid his commitment fee and hasn't posted anything. I haven't been able to reach him in several weeks and if I don't hear back from him by this coming weekend I will move on and find another.
Brett Chafin just let me know he's not returning and we have an opening for the Chicago Dodgers. I do have someone interested in taking over that team and am working to get him squared away. Should be in another day or so.
Seems like this is an ongoing process. Can't I just find 15 committed guys to this league?

I'm glad were finding out now so hopefully we can get the solid 15 we need. Better to find out now than later

Hey guys. My cousin Jim (LA Mets) just let me know that his buddy Ed, who was supposed to be taking over Detroit Brewers (he's a big Tigers fan too), has been in the hospital with pneumonia and will likely be there until later next week. He's going to bow out of the league before we move on further and he gets too far behind.
So I've posted again for a replacement. This is a good team. Finished 6th last year. Please do your part and help me reel in someone that's going to be active and enjoy the league. Think about if you know any Tigers or Brewers fans who play fantasy baseball that might be interested. If you see my Tweets about this (or anything else Fantasy Baseball-related for that matter), please Retweet them to your Followers.
Thanks, Scott

OK guys. I'm crossing my fingers this will be our final owner change for quite some time. Joseph Juan saw my post on FantasyBaseballCafe.com and is interested in joining us to take over Detroit Brewers. I've spoken to him a couple times today already and he's pretty much on board. As you can imagine it'll take some time for him to get acclimated so let's all be as patient as possible. Other new guys Chris and Jim, and late takeovers from last year Rob, J and Doug, have all been doing a nice job too!
I'm getting Joseph lined up as soon as possible and he should be registered later tonight or tomorrow and will hopefully be able to pick in the 2nd round.

Hey all, quick update here. Ray has decided this league is too much for him. There are several factors but I won't go into it all. He decided it was best for the league if he stepped away so as to not hold the league back and also so I don't have to walk him through everything.
Phil Goyette has joined us. He'll be getting up to speed and getting things set with the Chicago Dodgers roster later tonight. Phil is a GREAT owner who I know from a couple other dynasty leagues. We were in one together for the last couple of years that just went belly up. He's in another new dynasty league with me right now, AND he's the new Washington Nationals Insider for Dynasty Sports Empire, joining Drew who's the Braves Insider and me, their Minor League Baseball Insider. I was going to cover the Red Sox but guess what? I have too much on my plate.
Now all I need to do is get Colorado Rays Adam back in the fold (he's been crazy swamped with long work shifts) but he's promised me he's 100% committed to the league and staying on. Our new Milwaukee Tigers owner Joseph Juan is doing a nice job getting acclimated. Please be patient with him as he learns all the intricacies of the league. Guys who came on later last year (Jay (PIT BAL) and Rob (CLE WAS)) are going full speed ahead!
Thanks all for your dedication. Diamond Duos is growing it's brand! Scott

Hey guys, happy to be on board. I'm catching up with the minors draft as we speak (type?). If there was an announcer points category my franchise would win it hands down (Hawk Harrelson and Vin Scully? You can put it on the board...Forget it.)

Hawk should die horribly. Worst announcer in the world.
