Cleveland Nationals trade Prospect Tag / RFA rights to Luis Garcia 2B WAS

Rationale: I reached out to Henry after seeing his trade block post re: Garcia & Lowe. I have exactly zero 2B options among my major leaguers right now, so moving a highly touted prospect for a solid young 2B made a ton of sense for me. Came together very quickly! Thanks Henry! Cleveland accepts. I have way too many second basemen, so it made sense to move someone. Even though I really like Garcia, I think Troy has a lot of talent and a chance to bounce back this year. Great chatting with Daniel as always and I hope that Garcia becomes a star in Cincinnati!
