     Robert Calaz, OF (COL) - prospect
     Xavier Edwards, SS (MIA) - prospect
     Maddux Bruns, P (LAD) - prospect
     Taylor Dollard, P (SEA) - prospect

COLORADO LOGIC: When Jarrod reached out to me regarding a prospect swap I was intrigued. He had several names I was interested in and I got several of them in this deal. The biggest loss is Espino, but I like my pitching depth and think Bruns and, when helathy, Dollard will be more than serviceable mid-rotation guys. Overall a good deal for both sides. I get several upside prospects and Jarrod gets under the minors limit as well as good quality. Easy deal.

NY agrees. Like Brandon said, I needed to shed some minors and rather than just cut them for nothing, I tried to get some value back in return. Gave up a lot of talent but as always, Brandon was great in offering a fair return to soften the blow. Good luck to Colorado and the prospects acquired in this deal.
