St. Louis really need to get a Catcher, Colorado had 2 great ones and was able to snag Murphy with my SP depth and nice prospect of Winn and C youngster Plaz, Murphy has long been a target of mine, and getting an actual legit Catcher has been big NEED for 3 years, so happy to finally get one. I have some nice guys I like in Minors so collecting extra picks will help losing 2 in this deal.   Taking a flyer on Silseth who should get starts on a bad team, so good piece for depth if I take any more injuries.

Rays agree.

While I’m not a fan of losing Murph, I like Adley/Zunino this year and Adley/Naylor going forward.

Manoah has had a tough go of this season, but I like his pedigree. Wynn is a top 100 middle infielder and fits in well with the likes of Westburg and Brooks Lee. Plaz is a project, but really impressed in the DSL last year. I think he something special.
