After our initial FA draft, since I didn't win bid for 2nd catcher Scott and I started dialogue on 2/26 where I intended to simply promote Rob Brantly to that spot even though he was still minors eligible. In order to remain within 40-man roster I selected Brad Hand be placed on waivers. I've attempted to drop Hand but Fantrax currently only allows Commissioners to execute drops since rosters aren't finalized. Posting to remain within rule structure.
