Boston Padres send:
Richie Palacios MI CLE 2023-2026 $500k minor eligible Michael Stefanic MI LAA 2023-2026 $500k minor eligible
Cincy Twin send:
2024 12th round pick
Boston Padres needed to cut 2 more from their minors. Daniel mentioned these two so we thought we would get a little something while cutting our minors numbers. Over to Daniel to confirm.

Confirmed. I don't have great depth in the upper minors to be able to backfill in case of injuries, and both of these guys are on their teams' 40-man rosters, so I thought they'd be worth a dart throw as depth options. Definitely unspectacular players, but I could see them possibly carving out bench roles.
Easy deal. Thanks for reaching out, Kevin!

Clarification here. Stefanic is 500K and is not minors eligible. He will be on the MLB roster. Palacios is 0 salary and in the minors. Stefanic will need to be waived if he is going to be in the minors.

Stefanic only has 61 ABs and was promoted and demoted last year. Is he not milb eligible still?

No, he was in your active lineup last year, so he automatically starts his 500K years this year. And if a player is in his 500K years, he is not minors eligible.

Just for future reference, how can we look back last year and see what players were in our active rosters. I’ve been trying to find that in Fantrax but am getting lost. Is there a way to see last years league/scoring/etc?

Is there a way to see last years league/scoring/etc? on fantrax, click the players name, a floating box opens with all sorts of info: slide to the right and there is a button that says SERVICE TIME, that will tell you any player and where a owner has used them thus far, ACTIVE, POSITION they played for the scoring week

It's not exactly how we drew it up, but there's no real impact. All good here.
