Bryan Reynolds LF,CF,RF - PIT 20-23: 500K
Joey Wentz SP - ATL minors
Texas Giants 2020 6th Round Pick
Blue Jays send:
Avisail Garcia RF - FA 20: 3.5M
Kyle Seager 3B - SEA 20: 550K
Jordan Montgomery SP - NYY 20-21: 500K
All three of these players come with considerable risk, but are the kind of acquisitions the Giants will need to make in order to make a run at the title in 2020. If Garcia can sign with a team in needs of a full time OF, Seager can keep his August 2019 momentum going, and Montgomery can stay healthy, these three can all be substantial contributors on a winning team. I hate to give up Bryan Reynolds, who had a blazing hot 2019 and has 4 years of control. But, he has a ton of value and I hope he works out well for Drew!
