Joe Palumbo TEX is listed as 20-23: $0.5M on the spreadsheet on my team. He was on my MLB bench for the first 10 weeks last year (never in an Active lineup) and then was in my minors for the remainder of the season. He's still only at 16.2 IP in the majors and should still be MiLB eligible, not $500K. Please revise this. Thank you.

Chuck,
I need your help with the following discrepancies on my roster:
Aramis Garcia C - SF, you have him on my major league roster, but I believe I demoted him (although I can't find a record of that transaction). Morever, Baseball reference says he is no longer rookie eligible and wanted to check his eligibility with you before I posted a move.
Luis Arraez 2B - MIN, When I acquired him last year, I thought he was on major league roster. However he is on minor leagues on the spreadsheet. If I need to post an official promotion thats fine. Just let me know.

Garcia was promoted on January 17, 2019. I also don't see any record of his demotion. He was never in your lineup and has not surpassed 130 career AB, so he is still minors eligible. You'll just need a demotion post (or to find the old one). I'll let Chuck confirm this notion with his records.
Arraez has exceeded minors limits and will start his 500K years this year, so he'll need to be promoted either way.
