Austin Allen was promoted for the first time on 6/16/19 and then demoted on 6/22/19. Please post separate transaction in Proboards to reflect the promotion & Demotion. In the future when you promote a player to the 40 man roster, please post this in Proboards. I rely on these postings for my spreadsheet entries. Thanks.
