You can cut a prospect contact in the off-season that is "0" dollar responsibility. If you release during the season it is 25% for the current year. All other years are negated at no cost. I hope that explains things for you.

Stratton hit processed. Houston, in the future, please post releases in the Releases thread. I don't always look too closely at the promotions since there is not typically commish action needed at the moment.
