Polanco has been on the board for 24 hours as of 5:30pm EST and 12 hours have passed on the last offer. Philly Astros have the valid high offer of 5 years, $100M ($20M AAS).
KC Marlins have 48 hours (deadline 5:30pm EST 2/15) to match.

Polanco signs with Philadelphia Astros for 5 years, $100M (AAS $20M).
As part of our new RFA compensation rule, KC Marlins will now receive a 2020 supplemental minors pick at the end of the 1st round based on the $20M AAS for Polanco.
