Offers for Doolittle to be made in this thread. Cleveland Nationals will have 48 hours to match the highest contract offer. Any restructuring of the highest contract offer (without changing total dollars or AAS) must be made at the time the match is posted.

12 hours have passed as of 4:12am EST and Pittsburgh Orioles have the valid high offer of 2 years, $12M ($6M AAS).
Cleveland has 48 hours (deadline 4:12am EST 2/16) to match.
Note: Henry is out of cell service for the next couple days. We will give him a minimal amount of extra time to match if necessary.
