Is there anything else we can try to speed up draft? I know we are all busy. Don’t want to rush anyone. But there has to be a better way

it’s a bit of a vicious circle, as the slower it is, the less people check. We could do a 9hr clock after a certain round, because we are definitely getting to more obscure prospects. I wouldn’t want to go shorter than that because of sleep etc.
Having said that, we are almost there and should still have plenty of time for free agency before the season

Totally understand. But we could do a 6a-10p draft and drop the clock to 4-6 hours

Could also have the consequence of losing picks if you wait too long

The 6-10 / 4-6hr clock isn’t a bad idea. I might push against it for the first two rounds as I live in the UK and there is a chance (albeit small) that I miss my pick with sleep. But given the small chance and the benefits it could bring, I wouldn’t be against it thereafter

We'll change it up for next year. We have to.
For now, if you've been skipped already once, we can move right past you for the last few rounds, but you can still put your pick in. I'm not changing the clock at this point. I'm also not promising to text, DM, email or call anyone when you're on the clock. Just check the board. Come on guys, this is not brain surgery.
