NY Dbacks gives up:
Robinson Cano 19: $11M 20: $9M
Detroit Brewers gives up:
2019 2nd round MiLB 2019 4th round MiLB 2019 5th round MiLB Taylor Widener Tirso Ornelas
My logic: Cano isn't part of my long term plans. Got a few picks and a couple higher upside prospects. I'll take it.

Hate moving widener who I think is gonna be a great piece but wanted to shore up my mi before free agency and cano still has some years left and I think the move to the mets will reinvigorate him. He's still on a relatively inexpensive contract. I'm all in to repeat!

Commish approved and processed. Tony, keep in mind that you are getting close to the prospect minimum of 30 and have very few draft picks left. Not an issue for this trade, but something to keep in mind going forward.
