Rule Proposal #5:
Create a waiver deadline similar to MLB's. Between our trade deadline (August 7th) and the waiver trade deadline (August 31st), teams may complete trades that include major leaguers who have cleared waivers to the minor leagues. These deals may also include minor leaguers, draft picks, minors claims, etc. Any player currently on the major league roster may not be included in a waiver deal.
