2) Sean Murphy - C - A's (Minors prospect)
3) Ronnie Maurico - SS - Mets ( Minors Prospect)
4) Miguel Cabrera - 1B - Tigers ( 2018-2018): 15 Mil

The Colorado Devilrays send:
1) David Peralta - OF - Diamondbacks -(2018-2019) : 11 Mil

-My reasoning is that I am all in for a "Title" push this year. I also have suffered through a rash of injuries( Cabrera, Longoria) in just this past week. To keep pace with this ultra competitive league I needed to make a move. The 3 prospects that I gave up were pretty good in quality. I hope it works out for both teams. Negotiations were pretty smooth with Brandon as usual. Good Luck!!!

Colorado agrees to the trade.

Reasoning: Peralta won’t be around by the time I become competitive, so when Chuck approached me, I jumped. Murphy is the highlight of the deal. I’ve learned that catchers are important and, with his hitting finally catching up to his glove, Murphy will be a solid addition to my big league roster soon. Nova and Mauricio are still a couple of years away, but talent evaluators are very high on both. This was a definite move to shore up my future. Smooth negotiations with Chuck.
