Andrew you know that I PM'd jimmy AND both commishes (yourself and Scott) yesterday soon after jimmy made his bids.
I did everything I needed to do. There is no question these players are mine.

First off all, there was some question as to what was going on with this situation.
Secondly, Andrew and Taylor have both been kind enough to help me out with a lot of the admin roles during this free agent bidding period. It's not easy. Up to this point we should have regularly had about 30 players on the board at a time. That's not necessarily the case now as people are getting to their 36, 37 or more players on their roster and don't have to be nominating more.
Thirdly, we are all busy in our daily lives. I for one, even though Steve thinks differently, don't have a lot of ability to manage this board/league/bidding/etc during the work day. We do the best we can. Yes, everyone should be in charge of their own rosters and bids and be policing themselves. That should be on all of you. We, the Commish Three, shouldn't need to be putting out fires, trying to contact people to put players out on the board, saying this bid or that bid was illegal/invalid, managing your 6th grade math, and a whole host of other things we have been doing. Heck, I've even emailed people in the middle of the night when I've caught an error or issue.
That said, Ben did provide us conversations (PM's with me and also one with Andrew) that showed he was indeed trying to get Jimmy's error corrected yesterday. It was an honest mistake on our part as I know both Andrew and I had a lot to deal with both personally and professionally yesterday. We are awarding these two average players, Marmol and Lindstrom, to Ben. At what price? I have no clue because I'm not going back in those threads right now. Will take care of that later when they're added to Fantrax and salaries inputted.
Moving forward, if there are bidding issues (upping an offer without having a player or two on the board, incorrect math, not listing AAS or Total Salary, whatever it is), this is why we created a thread called "Invalid Bids" at the beginning of this draft. Use it. If you want to email the offender (IN A POLITE FASHION) and copy me or Andrew or Taylor, that's fine too. Again, everyone has to be vigilant and watching out for their own bids and making sure everything is legal and correct. Also, I did not come up with a format to follow only when you want to, or if you're on your computer and not your phone. Every time!! I've already called this to your attention about 5 times. Because you're on your phone and can't follow the format is crap. That's laziness. I do it by the book and I expect all of you to. You all committed to me and the league so I expect it. Thank you.
Also, please, nobody should be making commissioner decisions or deciding player outcomes on their own. Make a note, let us know, and the three of us discuss and figure it all out fairly.

Must be too soon since you clearly didn't read the commish's post.
With that said though, I do offer relief pitching overpayment consulting services at a fee. Let me know what you need!

Putting this to bed. Thanks to all parties for chiming in.
Nats keep Marmol and Lindstrom. Good luck with them.
Jays keep Francisco. Good luck with him. That accident waiting to happen actually crashed in New Britain, CT last year and I was there to see it. Actually was horrible on the AA mound in relief of Zack Wheeler who got lit up!
Thank you all. Case closed. Onward we go!
