LA Mets release Emilio Pagan 1M 2018 (25%) 250k penalty.

Ryan, you just signed Pagan this year to a one year contract. Players released in the same season they were signed have a 50% penalty. It's 25% when it's not the first year of a deal.
Cap hit will be $500K.
