The L.A. Mets will release the following players
John Lackey 18:$2,500,000 - Cap hit 18:$625,000 Pablo Sandoval 18:$9,800,000, 19:$7,000,000 - Cap hit 18:$2,450,000, 19:$1,750,000 Rafael Montero 18:$500,000 - Cap hit 18:$125,000 David Phelps 18:$500,000, 19:$500,000 - Cap hit 18:$125,000, 19:$125,000
Both Lackey and Sandoval had been waived during free agency, Montero and Phelps are releases from 40 man. |

Montero an Phelps should cost nothing as they are made in the offseason.

Ok cool. I read that, but wasn't sure if free agency was a cutoff for what was considered the off-season or not. Figured I'd just post that I had a cap hit and could take it away if I didn't.

Phelps will cost you 250K in 2018 & 125K in 2019. He was a UFA signing this year.
