Boston Padres promote Tzu-Wei Lin to majors 40-man. $0 for 2017.

We're demoting Franchy Cordero back to minors. Only 87 AB so this is the one freebie demotion for a $0 player prior to 130 AB. Still one allowed during $0 season after 130 AB if needed.
