Twins release:
Hoover, J.J. RP - (N/A) '17: 2,000,000 '18: 3,000,000
Parmelee, Chris 1B,CI - OAK '17: 3,000,000
Lake, Junior LF,RF,OF - TOR '17: 500,000
Can someone help remind me if I am responsible for any portion of these contracts? I remember there being a rule about releasing players during these arbitration years, but can't find the rule anywhere in the constitution.

Ryan, you are not on the hook for releasing Arb contract players if it's done during an offseason. We count it like non-tendering the player. So no cap hit for Hoover or Parmelee.
Junior Lake was on a 14-17:$0.5M contract, an original DD1 minor leaguer in 2013 I believe, so no cap hit for his 2017 salary either.
