Guerrero was a Diamond Duos minor leaguer, promoted to the Majors. This is considered a non-tender in the offseason during his first 4 years at $0.5M. No cap hit.

Going to cut Oswaldo Arcia - 2017: $500K. Should be a cap hit of $125K for 2017, I think.

There's some confusion as I look back in archives at Arcia's contract. He was listed as 14-17:$0.5M at one point, but back in our original season I see a Pre-Arb contract of 14-16:$0.5M, 17:$1M, 18:$2M, 19:$3M. Regardless, he's either Pre-Arb or on a prospect contract so no cap hit.

Chris, once FA began we can't cut players. It's always been that way. My releases were before FA began. Once FA is complete we allow releases again. I asked guys on the board last year if they wanted a period to do so between RFA and UFA and the response was no, keep as is.
