Daniel Mengden (OAK) Cap Hit 188K (25% of 0.75M)
Jett Bandy (LAA) Non Tender no cap hit-still on prospect salary (Scott correct me if I am wrong on this)
Total Cap hit of 6.063M

Bandy was signed in-season last year to a 2 year MLB contract. So yes, there is a 25% ($125K) cap hit on this one.
