Eovaldi is going into the final year of a Pre-Arb contract. This is a non-tender. No cap hit.
Casali was an original Detroit Brewers minor leaguer who had been promoted to the Majors. He can be non-tendered during any offseason during his $0.5M years at no penalty.
Alonso is going into his final year of an Arb contract. This is a non-tender. No cap hit. If you look at the A's current salary obligations he's listed as A3. Although this makes me wonder how we set his initial contract back in 2013 at:
