KC/M release C - Hank Conger responsible for 1M of the 2M in '16 (Arb eligible negates future responsibility)

Conger was arb eligible, so you are only responsible for this year's salary. The rest is as if you had non-tendered him.

Like Parker, Conger was not in the first year of a contract. He was 15:$1M, 16:$2M, 17:$3M last year. Only responsible for 50% when it's the first year of a contract.
Only on the hook for 25% ($500K) for the remainder of 2016 and then nada in 2017.
