Of that list Salty is the only player you'll owe money for releasing all the rest were on non guaranteed rookie deals so there is no penalty if dropped before the start of the season

If we look back at the original 2013 KC roster I believe Holland was on a rookie deal at the time and this year's $3M would be the last year of his $1M increased Arb years. If that's the case then he'd be considered a non-tender and you'd have no financial responsibility for him either. I can't look now but will confirm later.
