Sorry for the late post here guys. KC Marlins (new owner Nick) was confused when he received FA Desmond in a trade with STL A's back in January. He didn't realize that he was supposed tag Desmond himself. I am allowing this now.
Offers for Desmond to be made in this thread. KC Marlins will have 48 hours to match the highest contract offer.
