Zach Davies MIL - prospect
This deal is obviously about acquiring an elite closer for 1, maybe 2 years. In order to do that I give up a starting OF who hasn't come close to reaching his potential, an SP who has a high ceiling, and a prospect likely to get time in the Brewers rotation this year. I hate to part with Owens (one of my favorite Sox prospects for the last 4-5 years) but to move him and Castillo for Davis seems like a very fair deal on both side. Good luck KC!
