Detroit continues it's Motor City madness. 5 off-season trades and all 5 include your's truly. The rebuilding continues. While Scherzer is a prime talent I took over a VERY challenging team and am determined to build it into a contender and making the most of my trade pieces helps. I feel I did this with this trade. Getting 3 solid top tier talents in return for 2 years of Scherzer.

Agreed. I am going for the title in the next 2 or so years. Picking up a top talent like Scherzer will help to get me to my goal. Giving up three top tier prospects hurts, but you need to do that in order to compete at the highest level. Good luck Detroit/Brewers in your re-build.
