Scott made a great suggestion regarding posting trades. I also think it would not be a bad Idea to have a 3 to 5 person trade committee. These people would be responsible for reviewing trades and offer suggestions if a trade is too lopsided. Just a thought.

Definitely something we can discuss. I can see something like this working. I was in a league with a Trade Committee a few years ago. Not sure how many guys were involved but if that's a direction we go then everyone who volunteers to be on the committee would need to chime in on most deals.
Another possibility, even though a Trade Committee might be easier, is to have a voting poll posted with each trade. This is actually done in my other league which I gave the rules about both trade owners posting their thoughts and reasoning for the deal. One of the trade's owners would also post some sort of poll that other owners would vote - something like strongly favoring one club, slightly favoring, even, or favoring to the other club, etc. Would be based on a scale and I can give examples if we decide to talk about this further. Wouldn't happen until 2016 anyway.
