If accepted and approved, the Nationals would also like to promote Shawn Kelley to the majors prior to the Minor league draft.

Hey guys, I just went to process this deal and Kelley was no longer on Pittsburgh's team. I dropped him over the weekend. Why?

Friday night I posted all players that had been in Minors on Fantrax that are no longer minors eligible. For Pittsburgh I posted:

Pittsburgh Orioles - Tony Sanchez, Chris Denorfia, Charlie Culberson, Robbie Grossman, Travis Snider, Wandy Rodriguez, Tsuyoshi Wada, Allen Webster, Shawn Kelley, Tommy Kahnle, Jason Motte, Stolmy Pimentel

Scott's post on the board in that thread a day later said he was promoting Grossman and Motte. So I dropped all the other guys.

Not sure how this trade happens now. I don't think I did anything incorrectly. Kelley was no longer minors eligible and Scott didn't tell me to promote him.

Henry mentioned this to me, asking if he could trade for one of the guys that Scott didn't want to promote. I didn't realize at that point that you had already dropped the others, but assumed it was ok since it was before the minors draft. My bad.
