These players are currently in Minors on Fantrax and are no longer Minors Eligible. Players has either passed 130 AB, 50 IP or 20 pitching appearances in the majors, or player was outrighted to Minors (having cleared waivers) last season. All of these players need to be promoted to the 40-man Majors roster by this Monday night, January 5th or are subject to be released to free agency. If players below are currently free agents they will be removed from this list.
Reminder that outrighted players in Minors' salaries do still count against your team's cap - whether player is still on your team or released, where you'd have that 25% of contract responsibility.

Ryan,
Mastroianni and Diamond were two initial rookie contract keepers back in 2013. We are able to non-tender these types of players during any offseason at no cost and no salary responsibilty, either before a $500k season or before one of the $1M/$2M/$3M Arb seasons. They should not affect your 2015 cap or any future year's either.

Scott, just noticed that Scott Barnes (recently claimed off waivers by TOR) is in the Cleveland National minors and has had more than 20 major league appearances (16 in 2012 and 6 in 2013 for the Indians)... I can't find anything about him being outrighted to the minors last year, so it seems that one may have slipped through the net...

Thanks Henry. Rules is rules. Barnes would need to be promoted or released. As I mentioned to you I am considering revisiting this 20 pitching appearances rules and will post a discussion with the league.
